[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7595, June 01, 1992 ]

AN ACT UPGRADING AND CONVERTING THE PRESENT ARAKAN VALLEY MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL IN THE PROVINCE OF COTABATO, INTO A TWENTY-FIVE-BED CAPACITY DISTRICT HOSPITAL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE ARAKAN VALLEY DISTRICT HOSPITAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The Arakan Valley Municipal Hospital in the Municipality of Antipas, Province of Cotabato, is hereby upgraded and converted into a twenty-five-bed capacity district hospital, to be known as the Arakan Valley District hospital.1âшphi1

Section 2. This amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 3. Thereafter, such sum its may be necessary for the maintenance and operation of the said hospital shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 4. This Act shall take upon its approval.
