Begun and held in Metro Manila, on Monday, the twenty-second day of July, nineteen hundred and ninety-one.
[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7196, February 25, 1992 ]
AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE SAPANG PALAY DISTRICT HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN JOSE DEL MONTE, PROVINCE OF BULACAN, FROM FIFTY (50) TO SEVENTY-FIVE (75) BEDS
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. The bed capacity of the Sapang Palay District Hospital in the Municipality of San Jose del Monte, Province of Bulacan, is hereby increased from fifty (50) to seventy-five (75) beds.
Section 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be charged against the lump-sum appropriations authorized for the purpose under the current General Appropriations Act. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the operation and maintenance of the hospital shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.1âшphi1
Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
