DECLARING MONDAY, 23 FEBRUARY 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BAGUIO

WHEREAS, on 23 February 2026, Monday, the City of Baguio will commemorate the Ibaloi Day;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Baguio to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration, the Office of the Mayor requested that 19 January 2026, Monday, be declared a special (non-working) day.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 23 February 2026, a special (non-working) day in the City of Baguio.
