MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ PROCLAMATION NO. 815, February 25, 2025 ] DECLARING THURSDAY, 27 MARCH 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF LAS PIÑAS WHEREAS, on 27 March 2025, Thursday, the City of Las Piñas will mark the celebration if its 118th Founding Anniversary and 28th Cityhood Anniversary; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Las Piñas be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration; NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 27 March 2025, a special (non-working) day in the City of Las Piñas.
