DECLARING FRIDAY, 23 JANUARY 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BULACAN

WHEREAS, on 23 January 2026, Friday, the Province of Bulacan will mark the anniversary of the inauguration of the First Philippine Republic which took place at the Barasoain Church, Malolos, Bulacan;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Bulacan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 23 January 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Bulacan.
