MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ PROCLAMATION NO. 1118, December 16, 2025 ] DECLARING FRIDAY, 09 JANUARY 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF KORONADAL, PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO WHEREAS, the City of Koronadl, Province of South Cotabato will mark the celebration of its 86thFounding Anniversary and the 2026 Koronadal Hinugyaw Festival on 10 January 2026, which falls on a Saturday; WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Koronadal to fully participate in the occasion, the Office of the Mayor requested that 09 January 2026, Friday, be declared as a special (non-working) day in lieu of 10 January 2026; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Koronadal be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration; NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R.
