DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 17 DECEMBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BALIWAG, PROVINCE OF BULACAN

WHEREAS, on 17 December 2025, Wednesday, the City of Baliwag, Province of Bulacan wIll mark the celebration of its Charter Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Baliwag be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFOR, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 17 December 2025, a special (non-working) day in the City of Baliwag, Province of Bulacan.ℒαwρhi৷
