DECLARING FRIDAY, 19 DECEMBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF RIZAL

WHEREAS, on 19 December 2025, Friday, the Municipality of Rizal, Province of Laguna will mark the celebration of its 107th Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Rizal be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration.

NOW, THEREFOR, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 19 December 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Rizal, Province of Laguna.ℒαwρhi৷
