Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of Section 64(e) of the Revised Administrative Code, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or other disposition and reserve in favor of the Philippine Navy for its base operations, subject to private rights, if there be any, certain portions of the private domain of the government situated at Sasa, City of Davao, including the foreshores thereof, which lands of the private, domain are more particularly described as follows:
