Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section sixty-four paragraph (e) of Act Numbered Twenty-seven hundred and eleven, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcels of the private domain, situated in the District of Paco, City of Manila, island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Swo-16600, to wit: Lot No. 3.-Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-16600, N. 59° 41' W. 43.92 m from F. Hyd. No. 224, City of Manila and N. 36° 52' W. 113.32 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 44, Manila Cad. No. 13, thence N. 4° 36' W. 7.29 m. to point 2; N. 86° 10' E. 1.79 m. to point 3; S. 6° 32' E. 7.65 m. to point 4; S. 85° 32' W. 2.06 m. to point 5; N. 4° 38' W. 0.37 m. to point 1, point of beginning.
