RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF BARTOLABAC, MUNICIPALITY OF SAN JACINTO, PROVINCE OF MASBATE, ISLAND OF TICAO.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Bartolabac, municipality of San Jacinto, Province of Masbate, island of Ticao, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Mr-441, to wit:
Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-441, S. 5° 16' E., 3,055.57 m., more or less, from B. L. B. M. No. 1, sitio of Salog, barrio of Taguron, municipality of San Jacinto, thence S. 82° 45' W. 101.21 m. to point 2; N. 17° 37' W. 87.89 m. to point 3; N. 79° 32' E. 104.26 m. to point 4; S. 15° 14' E. 93.22 in. to point 1, point of beginning.
Containing an area of 9,218 square meters.
All corners are B. L. concrete monuments.
Bounded on the northeast by property of Bartolato; on the southeast, by property of the municipal government San Jacinto (barrio site); on the southwest, by property of Dionisio Esban; and on the northwest, by property of the municipal government of San Jacinto (barrio site).
